Pastor Duncan has been serving the Lord at Victory Baptist Church since 2011, when he was invited to become Senior Pastor. His ministry seeks to be both Biblically sound and spiritually uplifting. His mission is to meet people where they are and help them strengthen their relationship with Christ. Pastor Duncan serves as a chaplain in the Wisconsin Army National Guard and Pleasant Prairie Fire & Rescue. Him and his wife, Kristina, have been married for over 20 years and have 4 children.
